Few reason to pick Cashmere!

Cashmere sweaters are luxury investment we all need to feel cosy and stylish in cold seasons.  The unique and super soft fabric is not only lightweight, but also eight times warmer than wool. What makes cashmere fabric luxurious is the fact that the Kashmir goat produce only 4 ounces of it each year, making this fibre extremely rare compared to other types of fur, for example wool. In order to produce one average-sized 2 ply cashmere sweater, you will need wool from about three to four goats.

The cashmere pieces are definitely not a casual item on your shopping list, but an investment for few more winters. They are never out of style, so you can be sure, that they will always stay around for each season.  As many not know, cashmere is not only great addition to your wardrobe, but also your house.  The White Company offers wide range of Cashmere fragrance collection to Cashmere throws for the home.

Where to head for the best cashmere?

The White Company became known mainly for two things: amazing candles and the best quality cashmere. Over the years they’ve established themselves as cashmere specialists. Their cashmere range starts from jumpers to winter accessories such as gloves, scarves and hats and not forgetting cashmere socks, which are perfect for cold Winter evenings.

I recently became an owner for my first grey turtleneck from the brand and I had opportunity to verify the quality by myself. As a first thing, I have to highlight how light the fabric is, yet warm enough to keep me outside wearing nothing else, except for my sweater. Secondly, the softness of the fabrics feels so comfortable without any itchy feeling. For me, that’s really important especially when I’m a big fan of turtlenecks. Lastly, I do see a big difference between quality of wool sweater for £20 and more expensive piece, not just in the feel of the product but also the look of it.
